Tattoos For Girls Can Look Stunning and Beautiful

Posted by Nicademouz

Tattoo styling can require a bit of care and also a lot of time to choose the right design. Some tattoos are well liked due to their unique styles and the way they are designed. This trendy fashion tends to change with time and in almost every decade since tattoos were first used there has always been some new development in technology that can make further enhancements in this art form.
One of the latest developments is in the form of new fluorescent types of inks that can stand out incredibly well. Presently, tattoos are becoming more and more popular. These days, tattoos for girls have become a unique fashion among women, they want to look different and expense is not normally a factor. Girls also want to lead the race and desire to look stunning and beautiful. Now, many girls and fashion models are also using this style in their fashion ramp.
It is crucial to select the right body part where you desire to have your tattoo as this selection is very important and adds to the look and feel of the tattoo and the person. There are some vital points that you need to know before having tattooed. Firstly, choose the right place where the tattoo can be visible to others.
Secondly, when having  tattoos applied to your skin make sure that your tattooist is not using any harmful chemicals in his application process. The body structure of women is very different from men (obviously); therefore, therefore when you are looking at  tattoos for girls, you should look for one that suits the body type of the girl that is going to wear it.
Tattoos  can be done either temporary or permanent and it all depends on what you choose. You can have a permanent tattoo or a temporary but remember, in permanent tattooing you cannot erase it, it is sometimes easier to get a temporary one first to see how you like it.
Temporary tattoos are easily washable and at the same time, you can embed some new style on your body as the fashions change, but remember that in some cases, some inks can be harmful to the body so take care. Tattoo for girls solely depends on your choice, so pick the best one if you get the opportunity.
In any case, one of the best places to start looking for your ideal tattoo is in a tattoo gallery, there are a few on the internet that have many many tattoos for you to choose from. I know that my own collection has over 30,000 individual tattoos! It is just a matter of looking until you come across the perfect one for you.

Thinking about getting a rib cage tattoo design inked on your body?  In recent years the rib cage has become a very popular place to get tattoos done.  However, it is not the easiest place to get a tattoo done.  It can be painful and difficult for the artist to get the design just right.   That doesn't mean that you should shy away from a rib cage tattoo but it does mean you should carefully consider what you want to get before jumping into it.
Rib Cage Tattoo Designs For Men
One of the most common designs for men is script or words.  Typically either in old English or a super cool handwritten font with a lot of swills and additions to make it look like the Famous clothing company.  Typically you want something that has a strong line and is a bold font.  This is gaining quickly in popularity and if you have a word or short saying that has always held importance in your life then you might want to consider this tattoo.  Other ideas men get are crosses, dragons, swords and even tribal designs.
Rib Cage Tattoo Designs For Women
Women of course have a lot of choices also.  Many are getting text or sayings written in the area also.  However they like longer texts like a poem or a font with swirls that looks more feminine.  They typically choose fonts with a finer line and more detail to it than male designs.  However, there are many other options such as flowers, cherry blossoms,  Hawaiian hibiscus, and even swallows or old school nautical stars.
Important Considerations
Since the rib cage bones are close to the skin it is going to be pretty painful compared to other tattoo designs where there is more fatty tissue.  So it is important to prepare yourself.  That doesn't mean freak out and skip the tattoo all together it just means plan it out carefully and follow these steps to reduce the pain level.
BREATHE - This is the most important want to work through pain keep your breathing at a constant and steady rate.  Holding your breath and tightening your body up will only make it more painful.  Breathe, stay calm and relax.
DISTRACTION - Bring something to keep your mind off of the pain and distracted.  For most people the iPod is a magic tool and can really help.  Bring some nice soothing and calm music like reggae or whatever relaxes you.  Probably not a good speed metal time however.
TAKE A BREAK - Another option is to take a few short breaks during the session.  Your artist probably wants to get the work done so he or she can move on to their next client.  However, taken a minute or to break is something you can always ask for.
MULTIPLE SESSIONS - If it is too painful you can always do it in two or three sessions.  Take a bit at a time and then stop and come back at it.  Don't try to be too brave or strong if it hurts you then it hurts so take it in sessions.
Again if you are prepared for your rib tattoo and have a great design and idea then by all means you should go for it. Take into consideration the above tips to help you reduce or deal with he pain in the easiest way possible. There are some great Rib Cage Tattoo Designs here. Also if you are not sure about the rib cage tattoo or looking for more information about the symbolism and meaning behind tattoos then you will want to check out our blog dedicated to Tattoo Designs, Symbolism and Meaning

Hawaiian Tattoo Designs - Cool Tattoo Ideas

Posted by Nicademouz

Aloha! Hawaiian tattoo designs and body arts have a long history of more than a thousand years. But, it wasn't until the 1990's and when celebrities started bearing them, only then these tattoo designs started coming back into fads.
In the Hawaiian culture, getting a tattoo is looked upon as a very important ritual. It was such an important part of their life to the extent that the Hawaiians even pray to a tattoo god each time someone in the community gets a tattoo.
And not so much for fashion purpose or simply to look cool, Hawaiians only get tattoo for a few purposes:
- Mourning For A Loved One - For remembrance of a love one lost
- Talisman For Protection - To protect and ward off evil spirits or enemy
- Personal Identifications - Identify themselves as a community or group
Therefore, most Hawaiian tattoos have a certain meaning or significance behind it.
Comparing to their neighbors from other islands within the Polynesian chain like Maori and Samoan, Hawaiian tattoo designs tend to be larger and bolder in size and colours. Few common Hawaiian tattoo designs are:
- Arrows
- Flowers
- Dolphins
- Lizards (Hawaiians have great respect for lizards)
- Sea Turtle
Besides these traditional tattoo art works, there are the much "cooler" Hawaiian band tattoo designs. The Hawaiian band tattoo design is very popular amongst tattoo lovers today because of the "modern" yet traditional look that it has.

A lot of guys out there these days are looking for something unique different and cool looking.  Often guys get skulls, flames and sexy pinup girls as a sleeve tattoo design.  However, recently there has been more and more men interested in Japanese sleeve tattoos.  This is great because the Japanese have a long history of full body tattoos and therefore they are very advanced in their sleeve tattoos.  These designs are cool and they make a great tattoo design for men also.  Here are some ideas to help you get started on your own full sleeve tattoo design.
Koi Fish
Koi fish are an ever popular theme for sleeve tattoo designs.  The beautiful oranges of the koi fish and the blue water background lend themselves to the perfect tattoo design for a sleeve.  By wrapping the fish around the front of the arm the fish looks dimensional and really pops out and comes to life.  Thus it makes a cool looking tattoo with a lot of life.  However, more then that the Koi tattoo represent strength, power and individuality.  It represents the struggle of going through life and striving to be better.  You see the Japanese myth is that the koi fish try to swim upstream.  Not all of them make it but the ones that make it to the golden bridge become dragons and fly off into the sky.  This is a way cool symbolism and a deep meaning and the chicks will go wild with how thoughtful and deeply emotional you are when you show off your tat and explain why you got it and the dudes in the group will admire it as well.
Dragons
Of course there is always the dragon.  This is only second to the koi fish because dragons have been so common place.  However,  a powerful fierce dragon in red or black makes for the ideal tattoo design for men.  It looks rough and tumble and ready to throw down or just breathe fire on a person.  The dragon is a very mystical and mythical beast that is filled with all kinds of magic and great lore.  The symbolism is of course of power and strength.
Samurai
Samurai and gods are always very popular in traditional Japanese sleeve tattoos.  These designs of course feature either fierce samurai in the heat of battle of gods fighting off evil spirits.  Either way you end up with a way cool dude tattoo.  What can be more guy then a man swinging a huge katana sword and slaying a dragon or a demon.  It is the ultimate.  The reason the Samurai is so popular in Japanese tattooing and traditional arts is that the samurai is seen to embed everything that is important to the Japanese male.  The samurai carries the Japanese culture as well as being a strong and fierce warrior in battle yet is always mindful and follows the code of bushido.  This is what every Japanese male wants to be deep down.
Hannya Masks
The Hannya mask was originally used in Kabuki plays in Tokyo.  However, the masks were such beautiful yet haunting piece of artwork that they became stand alone pieces of art.  Many Japanese would collect and display them in their house and they believe it would ward off evil spirits.  The Hannya masked represents a scorned women that has been overcome by her rage that she has turned into an evil demon.  These are also very popular in traditional Japanese tattoos and tattoo in the West.  It is hard to make a full sleeve of one mask but it can easily be combined with other Japanese designs and symbols.
These are just a few of the many ideas and traditional Japanese sleeve tattoos. They all work very well in a tattoo for men and are becoming very popular. These designs have a deep symbolism behind them yet they still look cool and great for men. If you are thinking about getting a Japanese sleeve tattoo then you will want to look for a tattoo artist that specializes in Japanese art if possible. You can find a ton of great Japanese Tattoo Designs here. Also for more in depth look at the symbolism of tattoos check out our blog.
